The representative suggested I hire someone myself and that they would reimburse me, which I did for nearly $800. When I called about reimbursement, I was told I wouldn't receive it because I didn't follow a process I was never made aware of. This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered. Despite never missing a payment, we feel neglected. We've had other home warranties without issues. I strongly advise against using this service.
