Ensure that this solution aligns with your business needs prior to signing a contract, as they may not prioritize your success once you do. We were satisfied with our existing software but explored this option due to a partnership with our supplier. Despite assurances during the demo, we found it did not meet our expectations during onboarding. We requested to cancel before the 30-day trial ended, and although we paid a deposit, we did not pursue a refund as we felt it covered our training. Unfortunately, communication ceased once we expressed our intention to cancel, and we received no follow-up until much later.
