I strongly recommend conducting thorough research before committing to this program based on promises made during the demo. Ensure that this solution aligns with your business needs prior to signing a contract, as they may not prioritize your success once you do. We were satisfied with our existing software but explored this option due to a partnership with our supplier. Despite assurances during the demo, we found it did not meet our expectations during onboarding. We requested to cancel before the 30-day trial ended, and although we paid a deposit, we did not pursue a refund as we felt it covered our training. Unfortunately, communication ceased once we expressed our intention to cancel, and we received no follow-up until much later.

I strongly advise against using this platform. They have significant financial backing to make misleading claims, lure you into signing a contract, and then provide you with “workarounds” for any serious issues you raise. Their typical response is to suggest posting on their community forum, and if it receives enough upvotes, the developers might *consider* making changes. This has been the worst experience I've had with any company, and I deeply regret partnering with them. The so-called “Account Success Managers” are difficult to reach, unprofessional, and often ignore emails. If you receive a response, consider yourself lucky. You'd be better off wasting your money elsewhere.

My experience with this platform was disappointing, from the lengthy onboarding process to the lack of true customization and unexpected fees on invoiced jobs. We ultimately found a much better partner who is more agile and responsive. After deciding to transition to a different service, we have been left with unanswered questions regarding bank charges for nearly a month. That sums it up.
