Terrible customer service and appalling communication. They rescheduled my service the night before

Terrible customer service and appalling communication. They rescheduled my service the night before it was due to a date two weeks away via sms. The SMS asked if I would answer if this was acceptable. I replied no and please refund my payment. No response. Then received multiple conflicting emails asking me to rebook and stating I was already rebooked please confirm and pay. All on conflicting dates. Finally found a way to contact them today and was told my money had been refunded but it could take upto 10 working days. Still waiting and still being asked to book and please pay again. Absolute rubbish avoid at all costs it’s a farce.
