Absolute shambles from start to finish!!! My car wasn’t returned at all… was meant to be back by 6pm on the day of the service, the garage were never informed of this, nor was I informed in advance which garage had my car, I tried calling and emailing without response. The next morning I called as soon as they opened and they said someone would call me back… no one did. I called back an hour later and still they knew nothing about what was happening… I had to call back a third time and ask to speak to a manager who offered me a £20 credit!? I was fuming!!! I missed work the night before thinking my car had been stolen because they never gave me any details of the garage that was doing the work to the car. I said £20 wasn’t acceptable so they said they’d review and call me back… 10 days later I’m still waiting on a response.
I eventually went to the garage to pick the car up despite the process meant to have been that they returned the car, turns out servicing stop hadn’t paid them so they weren’t releasing the car (even though I’d paid servicing stop over a month before!)
Avoid this company at all costs! Absolute bunch of scammers!!!
