Less than 5000 miles on my QASHQAI . Arranged service and paid. Car collected not told where it was going.Call received advising I needed an engine flush which was normal with this service. Paid under duress then checked and found engine flush may be required with cars over 35,000 miles tried to call back to cancel - phone ringing out. Sent letter to CEO no response - sent email to contact on site - no response. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
