I looked forward to receiving their multi-piece set - 2 armchairs, a 3-piece modular sofa, and coffee table (6-pieces total). Having previously owned similar pieces from Poly... competitor, I thought I'd try this brand after doing some online checking (a few reviews suggested good design and durability, admittedly I was attracted to a lower price point, but i wouldn't say it's "cheap").The set came well packed in 3 large heavy boxes. I knew assembly was required. I've done a lot of assemblies - my comment is this is an advanced build (not for a novice). I'm still missing 1 of 6 complete pieces - after communicating with Serwall for a month.Assembly instructions are reasonable, there are a few mis-communicated details, but not hard to logically figure out. I assembled the table, then the 2 chairs, and generally felt like the product had a similar look and feel to what I was familiar with from the competitor. The assembly hardware appears to be stainless (as promised), and so-far construction was solid. I built the 3-piece sofa last, and it became immediately obvious that something was wrong. I had 3 seat base pieces, but one of them was a duplicate, and I was missing the left armchair seat section. It's not as if the primary pieces are interchangeable, all the corresponding pieces (arm and leg, primarily) are designed for the correct sectional piece. I built the two sections I had, and reached out to Serwall "Hassle Free Customer Service" to notify them of the missing piece.To their credit, they replied within 24hrs, and confirmed with me the missing piece. Upon that, they notified me i should expect the replacement in 10 to 15 days. When that passed, I followed up. Again to their credit, they were responsive, but now after a month, I do not have the missing piece. They said, "Coming from the factory... staff shortages... apologies", etc. At this point I realize the value of paying more for a product designed, manufactured, and customer supported domestically. Serwall suggests their products are warranted (not as long as the mentioned competition), but if it's this difficult to get a piece that was missing from the onset, I already question how good any warranty can be.Maybe think hard before going for a lower price. Currently, I haven't received what i paid for, yet. Will it hold up? I hope so. Would I buy from Serwall again? Can't think of a reason why at this point - maybe that'll change when I received the missing piece, and if this set holds up.
