My order was delivered promptly and in good condition. The instructions were clear and the chairs are sturdy. the color is also great. I was able to assemlbe them by myself, but I used a drill in addition to the tools provided, which made it much easier.
This was my second purchase of Serwall products and both products are great. Well made, easy assembly and look great. Very happy. The last purchase took a little longer to get due to availability but the online customer service kept in touch and made it happen. Thank You
I ordered red Adirondack chairs. I was not sure of what they would be like so I ordered one.When I got it I put it together and ordered 6 more and 2 ottomans.Very pleased with customer service and the quality of the chairs at such a great price.
