I called into to get a very longwinded issue sorted out, and I requested a callback. Erenay called back and was really patient and got the query resolved no Problem. I had to send over 6 LOAs as they hadn't come through and instead of asking these to be sent over and then asking me to call back they got me to send them as we were on the phone. This was a time consuming process but Erenay was pozitive and cheerful throughout and clearly wanted to get a resolution this phone call. The are a credit to your company

Jaden was quick to understand the issue and help us sort it out asap. Even emailed us details so we could get back and search out water meter location even though we had closed the account. Jaden took initiative and extra efforts to solve our issue then saying the account was closed so couldn't help!!which usually all other suppliers say.
Jaden worked with me to explain who his company is and the issue regarding payment, and apologised that the company had not processed a billing address change they had received from me in September 2025. He did well as initially I thought his call was likely to be a scam.
