Top notch customer service!!!! There are a few basic functions within the platform that should be adjusted (i.e. emailing consent forms to both parents of minors, allowing email updates without customer service). HOWEVER, the services provided for the amount that you pay is well worth it since their customer service responds so quickly. I get a response within minutes to a few hours, which is better than other EHR's.As a solo clinician, this is simple and efficient for my practice. I've tried platforms that provide all the bells and whistles and it just wasn't worth the money in the long term. Sessions is just what I need!
