I've been using this service since February, and it's been fantastic. The support team is prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful via email. I've never faced any issues when reaching out for assistance. The telehealth video feature is also excellent! They resolved a black screen problem within a week. I also use a competitor's platform for another job, but this service is undoubtedly the most user-friendly and the best I've experienced. The pricing is reasonable, including the cost-effective add-on for additional therapists. As a solo practitioner, I'm thrilled I chose this platform and have no plans to switch.
As a new member for six months, I've enjoyed switching to this service. The customer support is fantastic when addressing technical issues. My only concern has been with insurance assistance. The response I received suggested the individual did not fully understand my request. I still have to manually resubmit my claims because they’re rejected, although I do receive payment through another platform. The same issue applies to another client. For a smaller company, your performance is outstanding.
