As I mentioned before, I had never faced problems with their product, and now that the billing is sorted, I will continue using it. ORIGINAL POST: As a long-time user, I'm very disappointed to say that I stopped using it after they incorrectly billed me. I tried to resolve this, but they stopped responding to my emails. I had to block them on my card and discontinue my use. I even contacted their CEO on a professional network with no reply. It's perplexing that they can't find past correspondence; they should check their support system. They claimed I closed the ticket, but that's not true—their team simply stopped responding after I provided the requested details.
