This would be acceptable if those products worked properly. When you reach out for help, you often find little assistance available. The service is losing valuable apps that made the subscription worthwhile. Developers I've spoken to also feel mistreated. It's frustrating to pay monthly for a subscription filled with broken apps or ones that disappear, only to struggle with customer support for help. Interestingly, if you leave feedback on apps (which they encourage), any critical reviews of the company's apps are likely to be censored. Overall, it's a rather unprofessional situation. Until improvements are made, I recommend avoiding this service.
