This has been the most frustrating experience of my life. I was meant to receive this item well in advanced to the day i needed it. Nope. I cant even get an estimate on where it is because the website didnt change the delivery date, I just got an email about it. I contact customer service and they said it has already shipped so no refund. Yet they cant give me the shipping number? No phone number to call and an email that dances around all my questions and concerns. I would comment on the quality but guess what? STILL NO PRODUCT. If you do want something from this company do not go buy the estimated date given. UPDATE: As of July 7th I still have no package. I have had 2 "wrong" tracking numbers given, and have been refused a refund until it arrives. Will it arrive? The world may never know.
