Very frustrating experience with SEUR.
Due to mistakes in handling my passport sent from Maspalomas to Barcelona, I spent weeks trying to solve the problem myself. The information given by SEUR agents was often unclear or contradictory, which created a lot of stress and wasted time.

Because I was not able to travel without my passport, I ended up spending around €700 in extra costs (transport to follow the case in Telde and even a flight and stay in Barcelona for a friend so the parcel could finally be recovered).

After all that, SEUR informed me I would receive a refund of about €10 — which is ridiculous considering the situation — and the money has still not arrived almost a month later.
Very disappointing service. I regret having trusted SEUR for this shipment. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
