They said I had given the wrong address which was wrong as I have used that address on all offical documents . Then they said i would have to pick up in local store . We went there and they did not have the very expensive package contacted SEUR by email and facebook messanger . offered to go anywhere to collect this . Seur just stopped communicating The package went missing obviously stolen by an employee . No satisfaction whatsoever luckily I had taken out insurance with the seller so they are at a loss of 2000 euro . How this company is allowed to operate is beyond belief ...
