I wish I could give a zero-star review. I ordered an item and chose a pickup spot that supposedly doesn't exist. While this wasn't the service's fault, their handling of the situation has been incredibly frustrating. They changed the pickup location to one that is 30 minutes away without notifying me, and I only found out through an automated help bot. I've been trying to reach them for a week, but they either ignore my questions or say they can't change the pickup point anymore. I was supposed to receive my package two weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived.
