Terrible service. There was no proper tracking system and no notification in advance that the item was being delivered. Any other courier notifies customers beforehand, especially when the item is not small.
Secondly, they did not deliver the parcel to the pickup point initially selected. Instead, they claimed it had no capacity and unilaterally decided to send it to a different pickup point of their choosing (too far from where I live), without providing any option for the customer to manage or change the delivery.
They are just waiting for the item to be returned to the vendor since the pick up is until 15th February, when they could have easily attempted redelivery to a closer pickup point. This is the only courier I’ve experienced that makes just one attempt, no notifications at all and shows a complete lack of willingness to help the customer.

The delivery service I experienced was the worst I have ever encountered in Spain. Two shipments were never received, despite the website falsely indicating they were delivered. There were no calls, no messages, and no genuine attempts at delivery. I was home all day, yet the service marked the deliveries as completed. Customer support provided conflicting information and took no accountability. Due to this service, I lost time and money and was unable to complete an important vehicle inspection. This company appears to operate against its customers rather than for them. I strongly advise avoiding this service.

The worst delivery experience in Spain - false delivery claims

This delivery service has been the most frustrating I have encountered in Spain. Two shipments were never received, yet their website falsely indicated they were delivered. There were no calls, no messages, and no real delivery attempts made. I was at home all day, but the service simply marked the deliveries as completed. Customer support provided conflicting information and took no responsibility. Because of this service, I lost time and money and couldn't complete a mandatory vehicle inspection. They seem to work against their customers rather than for them. I would advise steering clear of this service.

Caution: Fraudulent delivery service

This service in Spain operates as a fraudulent non-delivery company. They fail to drop off parcels, are unreachable for customer service, send misleading text messages, and mishandle parcels. Customers often do not receive their items at the drop-off point, and getting a refund from the marketplace can be a hassle. The same issues occur with other platforms as well.

Lack of reliability

They cannot be considered professionals at any level. Customer service is virtually non-existent, and their reliability regarding pickup and delivery dates is abysmal. There are no solutions for delays lasting two weeks. My business has lost thousands due to schedule changes caused by this service's delays.

Delivery failure once again

Once again, this service failed to deliver. I still haven't received my parcel and have no idea where it is. They provided a weak excuse about not being able to access the location, yet other delivery services manage to deliver to me without issue. Where is my parcel?

Failed delivery attempt

They were supposed to deliver a package today between 13:15 and 14:15. I was at home with my family all day, yet they made no attempts and marked the status as absent. When I called, their solution was for me to pick up the package in another city, 20-30 minutes away by car.

Terrible shipping experience

I wish I could give a zero-star review. I ordered an item and chose a pickup spot that supposedly doesn't exist. While this wasn't the service's fault, their handling of the situation has been incredibly frustrating. They changed the pickup location to one that is 30 minutes away without notifying me, and I only found out through an automated help bot. I've been trying to reach them for a week, but they either ignore my questions or say they can't change the pickup point anymore. I was supposed to receive my package two weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived.

If only zero stars were possible

I'm disappointed to have to give one star; they truly deserve none. They fabricate stories about attempted deliveries and claim the address doesn't exist. When I try to reach customer service, they ignore my inquiries. This company should cease operations. My advice is to use alternative delivery services whenever possible.
