It would seem that this company would rather you used the pick-up location, rather than actually delivering to your address. If you have a problem, which you probably will, there is no way that you can talk to an advisor, unless you like to talk/chat to a computer using artificial intelligence. If your delivery package is large, your problems increase as there is no way you can change to a pick- up point, unless the pick-up point is the actual main depot. Good look with your efforts to find where the depot is. Its not going to be a positive experience. You have been warned.
