Terrible service. There was no proper tracking system and no notification in advance that the item was being delivered. Any other courier notifies customers beforehand, especially when the item is not small.
Secondly, they did not deliver the parcel to the pickup point initially selected. Instead, they claimed it had no capacity and unilaterally decided to send it to a different pickup point of their choosing (too far from where I live), without providing any option for the customer to manage or change the delivery.
They are just waiting for the item to be returned to the vendor since the pick up is until 15th February, when they could have easily attempted redelivery to a closer pickup point. This is the only courier I’ve experienced that makes just one attempt, no notifications at all and shows a complete lack of willingness to help the customer.
