I had a medium/big parcel to receive at a selected SEUR pick up point next to where I live. On the delivery day I'm notified that the parcel is at a different location distant kilometers. At collection I'm rejected because I don't have an Id, while the only communication I received was an email clearly stating that the qr code was sufficient. It appear that is for the original pick up point, so not only it was redirected but also they didn't send the instructions.
I can understand logistic is not easy, but would be tolerable if you notify clearly the changes and you give options to choose from.
