I placed an order 28349 on 12/25/25 for a total of $606 and received only 1 ring worth $85. The emails from customer service acknowledge only the deluxe ring was shipped, but have not responded to my many requests to either get the items shipped or to refund me. $500 is a lot of money to me. I am hoping they will help. I have been patient and very kind in my communication to them. Sevenesy please do the right thing? Thank you!
