I placed an order 28349 on 12/25/25 for a total of $606 and received only 1 ring worth $85. The emails from customer service acknowledge only the deluxe ring was shipped, but have not responded to my many requests to either get the items shipped or to refund me. $500 is a lot of money to me. I am hoping they will help. I have been patient and very kind in my communication to them. Sevenesy please do the right thing? Thank you!
So this is how I gotta get in contact with you people I ordered this ring for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day because it said it will be here in 2-3 days it looks like it’s going to be a month before I get this ring I paid 73 dollars for. I have emailed dm your instagram and everything and still not a word from nobody. Also if I get this ring and it turns my girls finger green I want my money back because not only did the ring not come on the time it said it will come on but it’s also fake. I don’t appreciate being lied to and ignored and if I don’t hear back from someone soon I will be calling my bank to get my money back and I will ever be ordering from here again
I ordered a ring on Feb 7th and still haven’t received my tracking number. The ring was supposed to be a valentine’s day gift and I was contacting community service and when I asked about a tracking number no response. I had seen people get their ring but it seems like I was scammed. I don’t like this at all. I would like my ring delivered. The shop app is only telling me “ waiting for details”. This is crazy and i’m very frustrated as this was a gift for someone and it never came. I also received an email about my order being packaged and still nothing. This is very unprofessional and the worst website i’ve ever came across to not communicate or do something like this. I had faith in this website and that’s why I ordered but I don’t think I will be ordering again after this.
My boyfriend ordered a ring on January 27th for my birthday (Order #31410).
My birthday passed and it never arrived. Then we said, “okay, maybe it will arrive by the 14th,” but it didn’t arrive either.
The tracking has been stuck in California for two weeks and it only says “label created.” There has been no movement or updates at all.
I wanted that ring so badly, but after waiting this long with no answers, I honestly don’t even feel excited about it anymore. I’m very disappointed with this experience.
