Seven Star FX Finally Responds but Still Refuses Withdrawal

Posting comments on Trustpilot will not resolve the issue, but if I hadn’t done so, I wouldn’t have received a single reply from Seven Star FX. They have now replied but are still refusing to return my funds and are threatening to permanently block my account if I don’t stop commenting.
