Disappointed After Two Years of Loyalty

After being a customer for two years with no claims and a gold star rating on the black box, I was denied renewal. There were no changes in circumstances or vehicle. The lack of explanation is something I find unacceptable.

It would be preferable to have a contact number or be immediately connected to a human representative. However, I do appreciate the efficiency of using AI for problem diagnosis. Once I reached a person, I felt reassured and received clear guidance on resolving my issue. The representative was excellent at identifying the source of the problem and provided helpful information and advice on how to fix it. Overall, it was a positive experience. :)
