This service is completely outrageous. They keep sending catalogs not just from this company but also from their affiliated brands. I finally decided to order some holiday gifts, and everything seemed to go smoothly. I even called and was told by one of their representatives that everything was set for shipping the following week. However, when I checked four days before the holiday, I found out that my order was canceled due to credit issues! Now I have to scramble to find gifts while I’m in the middle of moving, which is very inconvenient. I will not be placing any more orders with them or recommending them to others.
