Excessive Prices and Poor Customer Service

The prices are excessively high for low-quality items. When you factor in the shipping costs, it becomes outrageous. I signed up for a membership to reduce shipping fees, which was supposed to be free for the first 30 days. I canceled before the trial ended, yet they still charged me and refused to issue a refund. They've lost a loyal customer over just $18. I hope they find satisfaction in this, and I wish they would stop sending me so many catalogs each month.

Extremely frustrating experience

This service is incredibly frustrating. They keep sending catalogs not only from this company but also from their affiliated brands. I decided to order some holiday gifts from them, and everything seemed fine at first. I even called and was assured by one of the representatives that my order was confirmed and would ship the following week. However, when I followed up four days before the holiday, I discovered that my order had been denied due to credit issues! Now I’m scrambling to find gifts while in the middle of moving, which is not ideal. I will definitely not be placing any more orders with them or recommending them to anyone.

This service is completely outrageous. They keep sending catalogs not just from this company but also from their affiliated brands. Extremely misleading practices

Extremely misleading! I haven't ordered from this service in quite some time, but I kept seeing a charge on my bank statement. I thought I might have an outstanding balance, so I brushed it off. When I contacted them, I found out I had been automatically enrolled in a membership without my consent. I called to opt-out, but I received another charge shortly after. It was frustrating to deal with customer service, as they couldn't provide clear answers. I will not order from them or their affiliates again.

Untrustworthy dealings

I purchased two air purifiers, which require filter replacements every six months. When I tried to order filters, I was directed to another company that didn't have them in stock. Now I have two expensive purifiers that are useless. I've been a customer for years and was planning to purchase gifts, but I will not buy anything from them again.
