I ordered a duvet set and, upon receiving it, found it to be of very poor quality. They offered me a 25% discount, which I turned down, and then a 50% discount, which I also rejected because I had no intention of using the item. No returns label was provided; instead, I was given an address for returns and told to send a proof of postage. I returned it via tracked post, and once tracking showed it was delivered, I contacted them with my receipt. However, one digit of the postcode was incorrect on the receipt, even though the parcel was labeled correctly. They claimed they never received it! The post office confirmed it was sent to the correct address. This company seems to be trying to evade responsibility! After I pointed out the postcode issue, they finally processed my refund.
