This is the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. My jacket has still not arrived after a month, and there has been no communication. I still haven’t received my jacket, even though its price has dropped. I had to pay the full amount. They acknowledged logistical issues on their social media but decided to take a two-week break during the holidays. I did receive my money back since I used a payment service, but I sympathize with those who lost their money and received nothing.
