This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. My jacket has not been delivered even after a month, and there have been no updates or communication. I still haven’t received my jacket, yet the price has dropped. I had to pay the full amount. They mentioned logistical issues on their social media but chose to take a two-week break during the holidays. I did manage to get my money back since I used a payment service, but I feel for those who lost their money and received nothing.
On 02/12/25, I mistakenly ordered trousers from this service. I received the item a week later, but the size was too large and the material was not what I expected. I emailed customer service and was advised to return the item at my own cost for a refund. I sent the item back, paying for a tracked service. Since then, my return has been accepted, yet I have NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND and they have not responded to my emails regarding this issue. I have sent over 12 emails to customer service with no reply and no refund. Avoid this service at all costs; I now have to request a chargeback from my bank.
The quality of the products is outstanding. I finally made a purchase during a promotional event, and I am thrilled with my items! The silhouette and quality are exactly as shown on their social media. I had some previous issues with returns, but the customer service was incredibly helpful and patient, especially with one representative. I don't understand why there are negative reviews about customer service, as my experiences have been nothing but positive. They are always responsive and attentive. Their sizing chart is also very helpful, which is not common with other brands. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to try more items.

When they finally contacted me, they claimed I sent the parcel to the wrong address. Fortunately, I have all the necessary documents as proof, but they have remained silent since. My return was accepted, yet I have NEVER RECEIVED ANY REFUND and they have not replied to my numerous emails. I have reached out to customer service over 12 times, but there has been no response or refund. Avoid this service at all costs; I now have to request a chargeback from my bank.
