Like others here, I am still waiting for my reimbursement, having sent back the parcel at my own expense over a month ago. I ordered a jacket, but the size was too large and the shape was not what I wanted. I was advised by customer service to return the item for a refund. After sending it back, I was told the reimbursement would arrive within 21 days, which is quite lengthy. However, after 21 days with no updates, I sent multiple emails without a response. When they finally contacted me, they claimed I sent the parcel to the wrong address. Fortunately, I have all the necessary documents as proof, but they have remained silent since. My return was accepted, yet I have NEVER RECEIVED ANY REFUND and they have not replied to my numerous emails. I have reached out to customer service over 12 times, but there has been no response or refund. Avoid this service at all costs; I now have to request a chargeback from my bank.
