We are very happy with the Roman blind we ordered. This was my first experience with the service, and I would definitely recommend it. The blind was beautifully crafted and easy to install. Upon delivery, the cardboard packaging at one end was quite damaged and slightly exposed to the elements. Fortunately, the blind itself was fine as it was sealed in a plastic bag. The blinds I previously ordered from another seller have always arrived safely, so this might just need some adjustments, as it would have been unfortunate if the blinds had been damaged. Overall, everything else was perfect, and we are delighted with our choice.
