We are very satisfied with the Roman blind we ordered. This was my first experience with the service, and I would highly recommend it. The blind was beautifully crafted and easy to install. Upon delivery, the cardboard packaging at one end was damaged and slightly exposed to the elements. Luckily, the blind itself was fine since it was sealed in a plastic bag. The blinds I ordered from another platform in the past have always arrived safely, so this might just need some adjustments, as it would have been disappointing if the blinds had been damaged. Overall, everything else was perfect, and we are thrilled with our choice.
