I expected an "in stock" doll but faced an ETA of December 10, followed by a week-long delay. The holiday season complicated things further. The representative was responsive in explaining the situation, but it shouldn't be labeled as in stock if it's not physically in the country. On the plus side, the doll was half price and finally arrived on January 15. I had considered various brands, but nothing compared to seeing the dolls at a local expo in November. Viewing promotional images online doesn't quite capture the experience. One of the dolls showcased was impressive and affordable. Upon inspection, despite minor damage to the box, the doll itself was nearly perfect, except one wrist was a bit loose. Unfortunately, I received the wrong wig and eye color; it was supposed to have brown hair and eyes, but I got silver hair and blue eyes instead. I've contacted the company about this mistake, and they will assist. I also swapped the TPE head for a silicone one for now. I will see how I feel about the new head once it has the correct hair and eyes. There aren’t many vendors in the country, and I prefer to work with one endorsed by a community forum to avoid customs fees and taxes. I will continue to engage with this service, but when selling in-stock dolls, it should be assumed that any selected doll is available locally and can be delivered within a week.
