I recently, purchased a doll from their website and was told that it would take 2-5 days to ship. My order was placed on the 16th and it's says complete on their website. However, FedEx still hasn't updated their tracking and it says a label has been created for 3 days. Does it take longer than this to simply get the package to FedEx? What are they doing? Not only that but I've tried contracting customer support multiple times and no reply. I called and still no reply along with emailing. I'm going to give it a couple more days then, I will consider talking with my bank about this issue.
