Misleading Shipping Information

The item was marketed as shipping from the USA, but it turned out to be made in China and shipped from there, which created a significant mismatch with what was expected at checkout. Due to the international production and shipping, the delivery took nearly 20 days, which is much longer than one would anticipate for a domestic shipment. Communication with the seller was lacking. They did not address the issue regarding the product’s origin and consistently placed the responsibility of dealing with international shipping problems on the buyer. International shipping inherently involves more risk, and when paired with vague information about manufacturing and shipping origins, the overall shopping experience was very disappointing.

Poor customer support and limited shipping information

I recently, purchased a doll from their website and was told that it would take 2-5 days to ship. My order was placed on the 16th and it's says complete on their website. However, FedEx still hasn't updated their tracking and it says a label has been created for 3 days. Does it take longer than this to simply get the package to FedEx? What are they doing? Not only that but I've tried contracting customer support multiple times and no reply. I called and still no reply along with emailing. I'm going to give it a couple more days then, I will consider talking with my bank about this issue.
