I would say this has probably been one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had while online shopping. My order was lost via shipping. I was contacted by fed ex to explain the situation to Seymayka and have them reach out to fed ex so that fedex could resolve the issue. With all the evidence I sent their way, they insisted that on their end the item is still on the way. Unfortunately, the cx agent then decided to simply stop responding. While all I really wanted was my item. I guess they can't seem to care because they have received my money thats all that matters on their end. What a sad experience and place to shop. Im just incredibly disappointed.
