The communication was extremely poor, and if you plan to return an item, good luck! The return button on the platform didn’t work, and after a slow email response, they finally initiated a return for me but failed to send any return label or documentation. I waited nearly two weeks for a reply, only to be told they would contact me the next day, which they never did. After several weeks of back and forth, they arranged a pickup with a courier without my knowledge, leaving me confused when they arrived without any paperwork. The following day, the courier delivered the documents, but one was missing. It took another week to finally receive it, yet there was still no communication from the company. At this point, I don't trust that I will receive my money back, so I decided to keep the item.
The ordering and shipping were smooth. However, I’m attempting to return the item as it didn't meet my expectations, and I'm still waiting for the team to respond. I don’t understand the delay. Additionally, the website states that returns are free, yet I’m being told I’ll be charged $150 if my return request is approved! I will definitely not be purchasing from them again. I'm hoping to initiate the return and at least receive a partial refund, which is unacceptable!

I have yet to receive the jacket. I'm extremely frustrated with the courier and customs. It seems they may have opened the package and let others try it on. I've never encountered this issue when ordering directly from other retailers. Please improve your service!
I never received a shipping notification email, even after checking my spam folder. The package arrived just as I was about to reach out to customer support. This is a poor business practice for an online retailer. I will not be shopping here again.
