I reached out about a property advertised by the company a few months ago and foolishly provided my information for a viewing. They canceled the appointment the day before it was supposed to happen and have since bombarded me with irrelevant listings far outside my criteria. Despite my polite requests to stop, I have received no apologies, and the emails keep coming. This lack of professionalism is disappointing. I will not consider them as my estate agent in the future.
