Despite my polite requests to stop, I have received no apologies, and the emails keep coming. This lack of professionalism is disappointing. I will not consider them as my estate agent in the future.
I had a troubling experience with the agency. After reaching out through a property listing site, they contacted me despite my request for email communication. We arranged viewings for some lovely properties, and when I decided to make an offer, things took a strange turn. The agent asked for my debit card details as a commitment to the offer, which felt suspicious. We declined to provide this information for security reasons. The next morning, I received messages from an unrelated service and was told my offer was rejected due to the landlord's pet allergy. This entire situation felt unsafe, and my trust in the agency has been completely eroded. I cannot recommend them for security reasons.
This has been the worst rental experience! They offered us a house, we paid the deposit and rent to secure it, completed all applications, and then at the last minute informed us that the landlord hadn't signed anything and wanted more rent. Just before we were set to move in, we had everything ready and this is how they treated us. They didn’t even try to assist us in this unfortunate situation.
