We arranged viewings for some lovely properties, and when I decided to make an offer, things took a strange turn. The agent asked for my debit card details as a commitment to the offer, which felt suspicious. We declined to provide this information for security reasons. The next morning, I received messages from an unrelated service and was told my offer was rejected due to the landlord's pet allergy. This entire situation felt unsafe, and my trust in the agency has been completely eroded. I cannot recommend them for security reasons.
