You claim that you have replied and taken action, but that is simply not true. I have sent multiple emails over the past week, and I have received no meaningful response or resolution. Nothing has been done, and my refund is still outstanding.Please do not state that this matter has been handled when it clearly has not. Continuing to ignore my messages while suggesting otherwise is misleading and unacceptable. I have been more than patient, and this situation is now beyond frustrating.I have done everything required on my end. The return was made using your prepaid label, and any issue beyond that point is not my responsibility. At this stage, the lack of action and communication reflects very poorly on your customer service.I expect a proper response and confirmation of next steps immediately. If this continues to be ignored, I will proceed with further escalation.
