Really disappointing experience with Sézane.I returned my full order using Sézane’s prepaid return label, but my refund has still not been processed. Despite the return being tracked, I’m being told the items were not received after a warehouse investigation.Customer service has been slow and unhelpful, and I’ve been left chasing for weeks for a refund that should have been straightforward. This has been frustrating and time-consuming, and not what I’d expect from a brand like this.
