I placed an order on Black Friday, but the items didn't show as out of stock or on back order. As of today, I have not received any updates on my order. I've emailed the customer service team three times and have not received a response. The phone number listed sounded like a personal cellphone and went directly to voicemail. I strongly advise against purchasing from them; the experience has been very frustrating.
