I placed an order on Black Friday, but the items did not indicate they were out of stock or on back order. Today, I still have no updates. I've contacted the customer service team three times without a response. The contact number provided sounded like a personal phone and went directly to voicemail. I do not recommend making a purchase; it has been a frustrating experience.
I own two older watches from them. One of the straps broke unexpectedly, and when I reached out to buy a new strap, I was informed that they no longer carry them, leaving my watch useless since the new straps don't fit. When I expressed my concern about the situation, they simply offered a discount for a new watch. I prefer to have my watch repaired before considering another purchase. It's unfortunate because they are nice watches, but I can't see myself buying again due to the repair issues.
I received a few emails about sales and although I liked my previous watches, the bands were lacking and the customer service was poor. I thought I’d give it another try since I liked the design. However, everything on the website seems to be either sold out or on pre-order. This used to be a well-run company, but since the rebranding, it has declined significantly. I was promised a restock on the bands seven months ago in just ten weeks, but that hasn’t happened. Overall, it's been a very disappointing experience.
