The sales experience was great, Shaun was friendly and very helpful in helping us make the decision on which car was best for us. The handover was good and quite a bit of time spent going through the technical aspects of the car (of which there are many) Unfortunately Kia let him down with after sales; having paid for a service plan we expected some documentation, it appears that this is just held on the Kia internal system against the car. Eventually we were able to get a document saying we’d paid for a 7 year plan, Kia need to review this policy - I wouldn’t buy insurance without receiving a policy.
