This was my first visit to the garage. My car was taken in for some issues, and I received a courtesy vehicle. When I picked up my car later, it had been cleaned, and the staff were professional and polite. I had a great experience and will definitely return.
I have an existing warranty but was not informed about pre-existing rust on my vehicle. It became visible only after rain, and I suspect it was covered up. Now they refuse to address it, along with an existing dent, despite previous assurances.
Despite being a main dealer for a specific brand, they no longer service vehicles under warranty unless you are willing to pay high rates. I reached out for a diagnostic check on a new vehicle's warning light and found the response unhelpful. They referred me to another dealer far away, which was frustrating given my situation.
We traveled 4.5 hours to reach the site because of the exceptional vehicle quality and competitive pricing. The vehicle came with full history and was well prepared. The representative even arranged a video call for us to view the car and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend.
