Had a problem with a Muck Off Combi Outdoor mat, which first developed soon after purchase in November 2024. It did not improve and contacted Smart Garden Products today by email.very helpful contact with Tracy and after providing photos of the problem she confirmed a replacement mat would be sent to me....all within about 60 minutes!Will certainly have no problem in buying other products from them
