My order was supposed to be delivered on 20th November, but the courier failed to deliver due to a routing error. This led to rescheduling for the following Friday, but I missed the delivery by 15 minutes due to a personal appointment. I felt it was unfair for them to place all the blame on me. Despite providing evidence of the courier's error, I was charged an additional £49.99 for redelivery. When the item finally arrived, it was damaged. They offered a £60 partial refund, which I accepted to resolve the issue. While I appreciated that gesture, the process felt unnecessarily complicated and left me with mixed feelings about the company.
