Unsatisfactory Customer Support

I recently bought a 72-inch box with hutch, thinking I also included side drawers. The initial price was £1799 for just the box, with an extra £100 for the drawers, which seemed like a no-brainer. I spoke with a representative about my order and delivery, received an invoice, and paid immediately. However, three days later, my order arrived without the drawers. When I called, they informed me I hadn't ordered them and offered only a 10% discount on the new price of £299 if I wanted to add them now, as they were no longer on sale. I requested they honor the original price, but they said there was nothing they could do, despite setting the price themselves! I also bought another item that week. While the box looks nice, I feel cheated out of a good deal and worry about future issues. The customer support was disappointing, and I don't plan to shop here again.

Issue with Air Compressor Order

I ordered an air compressor but realized within an hour that it wasn't the right model. I contacted them immediately to request a change for an upgraded version, but I was told that I couldn't do that and I couldn't return it either, despite it not being sent out yet.

Great Roll Cab Experience

I ordered a 42-inch roll cab with hutch. It arrived with slight damage, but after emailing, I received a quick response and compensation. The customer service was excellent, and the tool chest is fantastic, aside from the minor damage. I would recommend it.

Disappointing Service Encounter

I received an order for an air compressor and related parts. After testing it, I was shocked by the noise level of 96dB, which is significantly louder than a similar model my brother bought. I decided to return it, but I was told that once it was switched on, it was considered a 'used item' and could not be returned. I am really disappointed with the service I received.

Frustrating Buying Journey

I wanted to leave a more positive review because my initial experience was good, but the overall process became frustrating. My order was supposed to be delivered on 20th November, but the courier failed to deliver due to a routing error. This led to rescheduling for the following Friday, but I missed the delivery by 15 minutes due to a personal appointment. I felt it was unfair for them to place all the blame on me. Despite providing evidence of the courier's error, I was charged an additional £49.99 for redelivery. When the item finally arrived, it was damaged. They offered a £60 partial refund, which I accepted to resolve the issue. While I appreciated that gesture, the process felt unnecessarily complicated and left me with mixed feelings about the company.
